Restoration Services

For restoration services:

  • We provide a detailed assessment and quote before beginning work
  • All restoration work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from completion
  • If you are not satisfied with the restoration results, please contact us within 14 days of completion
  • We will review the work and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost if the issue is due to our workmanship

Custom Commissions

For custom furniture commissions:

  • Design approval is required before fabrication begins
  • Once fabrication has begun, custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded
  • We work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
  • Any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed at no additional cost

Consultation Services

Consultation services are provided on a non-refundable basis once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Any shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged Items

If your furniture is damaged during our service or delivery:

  • Please notify us immediately upon discovery
  • We will arrange for inspection and repair at no cost to you
  • If damage cannot be repaired, we will provide appropriate compensation

Warranty Coverage

Our workmanship warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship for one year from completion
  • Structural issues related to our work
  • Finish defects that appear within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage from environmental factors beyond our control
  • Modifications made by others after our work is completed
